Job Title: Human Resources Director

The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on performance management and employee recognition. They should be familiar with Indian employment laws and regulations, as well as proficient in HRIS systems such as ADP.

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead strategic people initiatives, foster employee engagement, and oversee core HR functions in alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage performance review cycles, key performance indicators (KPIs), and feedback mechanisms.
  • Develop and execute impactful rewards and recognition programs.
  • Collaborate with leadership on performance-linked growth and engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies.
  • Oversee HR operations, including onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and policy implementation.
  • Analyze HR data to enhance processes, retention rates, and employee engagement.
  • Mentor and manage the HR team, ensuring seamless HR service delivery.

Requirements:

  • 8-12 years of HR experience, with a strong emphasis on performance management and recognition.
  • Familiarity with Indian employment laws and HR compliance regulations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (ADP) and ATS (JobDiva is preferred).
  • Demonstrated strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
