DLP Security Specialist

Our organization is seeking an experienced professional to implement and configure Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions across various platforms, including email, endpoints, cloud storage, and web traffic. The successful candidate will design and implement DLP policies that align with organizational security requirements and minimize false positives/negatives.
- Design and implement DLP policies that protect sensitive data across the enterprise.
- Configure DLP tools such as Forcepoint, Symantec, McAfee, and Microsoft Purview to ensure seamless integration with existing security policies.
- Develop and implement custom content detection rules for industry-specific sensitive data, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with DLP tools and technologies, including network security, endpoint security, and cloud security. Strong understanding of data classification, encryption, and regulatory compliance frameworks, such as GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS is also required. Expertise in SIEM integration, CASB solutions, and data discovery tools, with a focus on identifying and mitigating security threats is necessary. Additionally, knowledge of incident response frameworks and forensic investigation techniques, enabling effective analysis and remediation of security incidents is required.
