Job Title: Cyber Security Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking skilled engineers with experience in email security platforms to specialize in advanced threat protection, configurations, and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the deployment and configuration of cybersecurity solutions (Email Protection, TAP, DLP, Security Awareness).
  • Work closely with clients to understand security requirements and design appropriate configurations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to email flow, phishing, malware, encryption, and policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and support for escalations.
  • Maintain documentation and client handover materials.
  • Participate in training programs and certifications to gain expertise in advanced threat protection.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience with email security or cybersecurity solutions.
  • Prior experience with tools like Mimecast, Cisco IronPort, Microsoft Defender for O365, Symantec, Barracuda, Trend Micro, Fortinet.
  • Strong knowledge of SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC.
  • Familiarity with email routing, filtering, and encryption.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace environments.
  • Excellent client communication skills.
Preferred (Not Mandatory):
  • Exposure to cybersecurity solutions (console, policies, TAP, DLP).
  • Knowledge of cyber threat vectors, phishing techniques, and remediation.
  • Experience with SIEM or SOAR platforms (Splunk, QRadar, etc.).
