Executive Role in Business Process Outsourcing

We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to join our team as an Executive in Business Process Outsourcing. This is a full-time on-site role located in the designated area where you will be responsible for managing billing, collections, and back-office processes.

You will work closely with clients to provide personalized services, optimize super-bills, and ensure efficient revenue cycle management.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively on-site and collaborate with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage billing and collections processes
  • Optimize super-bills for efficient revenue cycle management
  • Collaborate with clients to provide personalized services
  • Analyze data to identify areas for process improvement
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to improve business outcomes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (science background preferred)
  • Fluency in English (read, write, and spoken)
  • Minimum 25 wpm typing speed with 97% accuracy
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Able to work effectively on-site and collaborate with clients

Education:

  • UG :B.Sc in Any Specialization, Diploma in Any Specialization, B.Pharma in Any Specialization, B.B.A/ B.M.S in Any Specialization, B.Com in Any Specialization
