Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled automation testing professional to lead our test automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Selenium, Python, and API testing.

This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, technical leadership, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks using Selenium with Python.
  • Drive API automation testing strategies using Python and tools like Postman/RestAssured/Requests library.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product teams to define and implement effective test strategies.
  • Ensure automation coverage across functional, regression, and integration testing.
  • Mentor junior automation engineers within the team.
  • Provide technical leadership in test automation and contribute to overall QA roadmap.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 7–9 years of experience in Automation Testing, with at least 3+ years in a lead/mentorship role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and Python programming language.
  • Expertise in API test automation (REST/SOAP APIs) using Python libraries or tools.
  • Solid understanding of automation frameworks (Hybrid, Data-driven, Page Object Model, BDD/TDD).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).
