Job Summary:

  • As a storage specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing storage solutions for complex infrastructure environments.
  • Key to your success will be the ability to configure and manage NetApp ONTAP systems, including MetroCluster, FabricPool, and AQoS.
  • You will need to develop expertise in SAN (iSCSI, Fibre Channel) and NAS (NFS, CIFS/SMB) concepts and environments.
  • Implementing and managing StorageGRID and other object store services is also an essential part of this role.
  • Collaboration with AIQ and Cloud Insights is required to optimize cloud and automation platforms.
  • Applying ITIL methodologies for incident, problem, and change management is also a crucial aspect.
  • You will be responsible for scripting and automating tasks using Python, Bash, and Ansible.
  • Managing storage within virtualized infrastructures, such as VMware, is also a key responsibility.
  • Providing exceptional customer support and communication skills are essential for effective interaction.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in storage solutions and infrastructure design
  • Knowledge of NetApp ONTAP systems and their configuration
  • Experience with SAN and NAS concepts and environments
  • Ability to implement and manage StorageGRID and object store services
  • Collaborative skills for working with AIQ and Cloud Insights
  • ITIL certification for incident, problem, and change management
