Job Description:

Our organization is looking for a skilled Storage Area Network Administrator who can effectively manage and maintain our storage infrastructure.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing day-to-day administration tasks, collaborating with storage support teams, participating in problem solving and troubleshooting, supporting design, operation, workflow, and issue resolution for the storage infrastructure, maintaining systems level maintenance for storage infrastructure, tracking existing storage usage trending and capacity planning for future growth, maintaining storage documentation, procedures, and reporting, providing Storage Area Network configuration and administration, and allocating storage to server infrastructure.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. 8+ years of experience in handling majority of activities mentioned in the scope above.
  2. Experience in handling Hitachi storages and Brocade switches infrastructure.
  3. Exposure to Operations and Management activities on Hitachi Storage(s), Unified compute platforms, various Host O/S including basic cluster management.
  4. Strong verbal and written communication.
  5. Hitachi Technical certification is desirable.
