Job Title: Global Travel Expert

About This Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced travel professional to join our team as a Global Travel Expert.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about travel and has a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel Arrangements: Design personalized travel itineraries that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Destination Knowledge: Provide expert knowledge on domestic and international travel destinations, including modes of transport, accommodation, insurance, and other travel services.
  • Packages and Sales: Create, cost, and sell tour packages (FIT/GIT) including flights, hotels, visas, sightseeing, and transfers.
  • Customer Service: Handle inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins professionally and promptly, ensuring all customer concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for bookings and ensure timely confirmations.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure all travel arrangements meet customer expectations and company standards, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Payment and Documentation: Process payments and manage documentation including visas, travel insurance, and travel advisories.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate customer records and follow up for feedback and repeat business.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Tour Consultant, Travel Agent, or similar role.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time management abilities, customer-centric approach with attention to detail, proficiency in MS Office and travel management software.
