Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to support all components of incentive compensation design and implementation.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for goal setting, IC design, and implementation of effective incentive compensation admin processes for the sales field, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance with regulations.
  • Utilize SQL and advanced Excel skills to analyze sales data, evaluate performance metrics, and generate insightful reports for sales operations and management.
  • Assist in call planning and targeting strategies by leveraging data-driven insights and market intelligence to optimize sales force effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of incentive plans and admin concepts, goal setting, and IC health check to support clients with sales ops activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Life Sciences, etc.).

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial operations within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on IC design and operations or call plan and targeting.

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Knowledge of call planning and targeting methodologies, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize sales force effectiveness.
  • Sound understanding of IC plans and admin concepts, goal setting, and IC health check to support clients with sales ops activities.
  • Experience with sales force automation tools and systems.
  • Good understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance requirements.
