The role of Technical Writer is crucial in delivering high-quality user documentation and service documentation to end customers and field service engineers. This position requires close collaboration with product development teams, engineering teams, technical illustrators, graphic designers, editors, and localization teams.

To succeed in this role, you will need a customer-first attitude and the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Electronics, Software, Mechanical, Biomedical Engineering\
  • 8+ years of experience in technical documentation\
  • Strong command of English language, proven skills in writing and editing\
  • Effective communication skills\
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills\
  • Practical experience of content management system\
  • Experience in working with XML authoring tools\
  • Expertise with Adobe FrameMaker and Microsoft Office\
  • Background in producing medical device user documentation, experience in project management and/or localization\
  • Exceptional communication skills, with ability to research, interpret, analyze, and write by interpreting technical source information and determining appropriateness for inclusion into documentation.\
  • Being proactive in taking ownership of the deliverables and related tasks.\
