Export Documentation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Export Documentation team as an Export Documentation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for processing export documents and ensuring that all necessary procedures are followed.

Responsibilities:
  • Process export documents in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Verify the accuracy of export documentation.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to resolve any issues related to export documentation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong knowledge of export documentation regulations and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in export documentation.
  • Knowledge of international trade regulations.
  • Fluency in English language.
Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position that requires flexible shifts, including night shifts. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a routine environment and have good keyboard exposure/typing skills.

The selected candidate must be able to start within a month from the date of issuance of the offer letter. Immediate joiners are preferred.
