Key Responsibilities:

As a skilled Specialist in Finance & Accounts, you will play a pivotal role in managing statutory and tax compliances, audit coordination, and monthly financial closing.

You will work closely with the Finance Controller to ensure timely and accurate compliance with all Indian statutory requirements, including TDS, GST, and ROC filings.

The position involves end-to-end ownership of accounting and book closure activities, assisting in preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

You will also be responsible for ensuring proper documentation and accounting treatment as per applicable standards, as well as providing accurate and timely financial data to the finance controller.

Additionally, you will handle all audit-related queries and liaise with external auditors, maintaining proper audit trail and documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

A Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent is required, with CA Inter / Semi-qualified CA / M.Com preferred.

4–6 years of relevant experience in Indian finance and accounts function is essential, along with in-depth knowledge of TDS, GST, ROC filings, audits, and Indian accounting standards.

Proficiency in finalization of accounts and monthly financial closure, strong Excel skills, and experience in accounting systems like Tally, Oracle, or similar are also necessary.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, high attention to detail, accountability, and ability to work independently are also crucial for this role.
