As an experienced ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) professional, you will play a pivotal role in defining manufacturing test flows and methodologies for ASIC/SoC to meet customer and quality requirements.

You will have expertise in one of the ATE platforms like Teradyne ETS800 / ETS88 / ETS364 or Advantest V93K, T2K. Work closely with cross-functional R&D teams to finalize manufacturing test requirements for each test phase.

You will drive new product migration from R&D to high-volume manufacturing phase, support technical issues, and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Monitor product yield, test time, and DPPM. Provide technical solutions for yield improvement, TTR, and DPPM reduction.

You will effectively represent Product Engineering function in various technical and functional forums.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2-12 years of experience in Electronics and/or Semiconductors.
  • Hands-on experience with lab equipment, such as testers, oscilloscopes, signal generators, and logic analyzers.
  • Knowledge of IC test methodologies, system testing, and communication protocols like USB, UART, PCIe, I2C, I2S, DDR, etc.
  • Good understanding of software programs written in C, C++, C#, and ability to step through code if required.
  • Ability to work comfortably with Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
