We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Financial Manager to oversee all financial operations.

This pivotal role involves overseeing financial statements, managing budgets, implementing financial strategies for profitability, leading the accounting team, ensuring stringent compliance, and providing crucial financial insights to senior management.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Ensure strict compliance with accounting standards and financial regulations.
  • Manage and mentor the accounting team to ensure efficiency and accuracy in all financial operations.
  • Develop and implement effective financial strategies to significantly improve profitability.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis and provide valuable insights and recommendations to senior management for data-driven decision-making.
  • Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, ensuring a smooth and successful completion.
  • Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and investment strategies to optimize financial resources.
  • Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Identify and proactively mitigate financial risks to safeguard the company's assets.
  • Collaborate effectively with other departments to support overall business objectives and achieve synergistic results.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Inter CA certification is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, ideally with exposure to the hospitality or F&B sector.
  • Strong expertise in preparing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and lead an accounting team.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and strategic financial planning.
  • Experience in coordinating and leading audit processes.
  • Excellent cash flow management and investment strategy skills.
  • Strong understanding of financial risk identification and mitigation.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across departments and with senior management.
