This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and creative professional to join our team as a Communications Consultant. As part of our Global Business Services, you will be responsible for crafting impactful internal communications that engage employees and strengthen connection across the organization.

We are looking for someone with a passion for building culture from the inside out, who can ideate, design, and execute compelling campaigns that inspire connection, clarity, and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft Campaigns That Matter: Drive internal communications campaigns end-to-end, from ideation to design, execution, and post-campaign measurement.
  • Design with Impact: Translate ideas into visually appealing content using Canva and design tools like Corel Draw, Illustrator (knowledge of Photoshop is a plus).
  • Communication In Motion: Build organizational messaging in the form of videos, in the most creative way possible.
  • Be the On-Ground Voice: Support local leadership with communications touchpoints, employee events, and activation campaigns.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with HR, Admin, Facilities, L&D, and BU leaders to create unified and strategic messaging.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3–4 years in internal communications, employee engagement, or corporate brand storytelling.
  • Design Acumen: Hands-on with Canva, Corel Draw (or Illustrator) is a must. Knowledge of Photoshop is a strong plus.
  • Any Editing Software – Adobe Photoshop, Canva Video, etc.
  • Brand Thinking: Solid understanding of brand voice, tone, and visual consistency.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in communications, visual comms, or a related field.
  • AI Curiosity: Exposure to creative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E) is a bonus.
