We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our post-production team in crafting compelling visual narratives.

  • As a key member of the team, you'll work closely with directors and producers to align creative direction and storytelling.
  • You will be responsible for editing high-quality videos with smooth transitions, color correction, audio enhancement, and narrative flow.
  • A strong understanding of video formats, color grading, codecs, and export settings is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Edit engaging videos that meet client expectations.
  2. Manage post-production timelines and organize footage for efficient delivery.
  3. Perform quality checks to ensure all videos meet brand standards.
  4. Collaborate closely with clients to align creative direction and storytelling.
  5. Support the team by troubleshooting editing software, hardware, and file format issues.
  6. Organize and archive digital assets and project files with efficiency.
Requirements:
  • 6-10 years of hands-on editing experience in an agency or fast-paced creative environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Avid Media Composer.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask across projects.
