Key Motion Graphics Design Position

We seek an experienced Motion Graphics Designer to spearhead our creative team’s innovative motion design projects.

The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in high-impact motion graphics, animation, and visual storytelling to drive brand strategy and marketing goals forward.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and produce captivating motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns, social media, video content, presentations, and advertisements.
  • Collaborate closely with copywriters, art directors, video editors, and strategists to craft compelling visual narratives.
  • Translate campaign concepts into engaging motion design assets (2D/3D animation, typographic animation, explainer videos, etc.).
  • Maintain consistency across all visual touchpoints by adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions, mood boards, and storyboarding.
  • Optimize motion assets for various digital platforms (web, mobile, OTT, etc.).
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, animation tools, and advertising techniques.

Essential Requirements:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in motion graphics design, preferably within a creative or advertising agency.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of motion design projects, including commercial and campaign work.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Knowledge of 3D animation software (Cinema 4D, Blender, etc.) is highly valued.
  • A solid understanding of timing, pacing, and storytelling through animation.
  • Familiarity with video editing, sound design, and basic compositing.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative creative team.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
