The Role

We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team of Climate Introverts who drive change behind the scenes. You'll create visually compelling designs that not only look good but also do good, working across a range of sustainable brands.

What You'll Do

• Conceptualize and create original, purpose-driven designs for sustainable brands across digital and print media

• Craft visual stories that authentically communicate our clients' environmental and social impact

• Design social media content, infographics, branding elements, website graphics, and campaign materials that inspire climate-positive action

• Create illustrations, moodboards, and visual assets that align with our climate-forward ethos

• Transform complex sustainability concepts into accessible, engaging visuals

• Work collaboratively with writers, strategists, and account managers to deliver cohesive communications

• Stay current with sustainable design trends and eco-friendly production methods

What You'll Bring

Mandatory: 2+ years of experience in graphic design with a portfolio showcasing your creativity and technical skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools

• Experience with both digital and print design formats

• A keen eye for typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling

• Understanding of sustainable design principles and eco-friendly approaches

• Enthusiasm for climate action and social impact

• Ability to work remotely and collaborate with a distributed team

• Excellent communication skills and receptiveness to feedback

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience working with sustainability-focused brands or organizations

• Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing

• Understanding of UI/UX principles for digital design
