Finance Account Specialist Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Account Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial statements, handling accounting tasks, payroll administration, and utilizing analytical skills to support financial operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Financial Statement Management: Manage and prepare accurate and timely financial statements.
  • Accounting Tasks: Handle various accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Payroll Administration: Process payroll, handle employee benefits, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Analytical Skills: Utilize analytical skills to identify areas of improvement and implement process enhancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Financial Statements and Finance: Proficiency in preparing and analyzing financial statements, as well as experience in finance and accounting principles.
  • Strong Analytical and Accounting Skills: Strong analytical and accounting skills, with the ability to accurately analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with Payroll Administration: Experience with payroll administration, including processing payroll, handling employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Excellent Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills: Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
