Financial Operations Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our financial operations. This is a key role within the organization, responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the growth of our business.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounting and Financial Reporting: Manage and maintain accurate financial records using Tally, Zoho Books, and other accounting software.
  • Client Invoicing and Vendor Management: Prepare client invoices, process vendor bills, and perform expense entries, payment follow-ups, and reconciliation tasks.
  • Tax Compliance: Maintain knowledge of various GST Returns, including GSTR-3B, GSTR-1, and GSTR 9, as well as GST Reconciliation and TDS Provisions for TDS Returns fillings.
  • Financial Analysis: Perform accounting reconciliation, such as Bank-Reconciliation, Vendor/Customer reconciliations, and prepare Monthly MIS to management on time.
  • Closing Assignments: Contribute to monthly/annual closing assignments and have knowledge of Balance sheet and ITR preparation.

Requirements:
  • Experience: Experience in Tally, Zoho Books, GST, and TDS fillings.
  • Knowledge: Sound knowledge of GST and TDS Provisions.
  • Accounting Concepts: Basic Knowledge of accounting concepts, preparing Financial Statements.
  • Responsibility: Ability to handle accounting as per Indian Laws and adhere to various timelines.
  • Team Player: Hardworking candidate with willingness to work on a long-term basis, capable of taking responsibility and handling work independently under minimal guidance.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel is essential.
  • Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include M.Com/B.Com Degree/ICWA or similar with 0-3 years of experience in the Maintenance of Accounts.
