Job Description

This role is crucial for forecasting and achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales & Revenue Generation: Forecast and achieve monthly consumable sales revenue from an assigned territory.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Ensure you meet daily customer connection targets and update the system with customer insights.
  • Problem Resolution: Drive customer retention by connecting with clients to understand any dissatisfaction.
  • Process & Documentation: Follow up with customers to finalize pricing and secure purchase orders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in B2B sales.
  • Education: A Degree or Diploma in a Science or Technical field.
  • Skills:
  • A strong focus on driving revenue growth through customer retention.
  • The ability to continually call customers, build rapport, and create value.
  • The ability to process data and act to drive organizational goals.
  • A customer-oriented mindset, building trust through a strong work ethic.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably SFDC.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
