Job Title:

Corporate Governance Specialist

About the Role

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires an individual with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various corporate governance functions including routine procedural requirements, incorporation of companies, and handling annual filings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management of routine procedural requirements under the Companies Act, 2013, including conducting board meetings, committee meetings, and shareholder meetings.
  • Organize and manage board and general meetings of the company and its subsidiaries both in India and abroad.
  • Manage non-routine activities under the Companies Act, 2013, including maintenance and updating of registers and records.
  • Assist in ESOP management for the parent entity and group level.
  • Handle filings under the Companies Act, 2013, and reporting under FEMA.
  • Manage corporate restructuring within the company and group.
  • Ensure timely compliance with annual filing requirements.
