Client Service Manager Role

The primary objective of this position is to provide exceptional client service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring seamless communication and effective coordination with internal teams.
  • Deliver high-quality services that meet client expectations, resulting in successful event execution and campaign management.
  • Liaise with clients to address their needs, providing timely solutions to inquiries and concerns.

This role requires a skilled Client Servicing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), including delivering compelling presentations.
  • Industry knowledge of the latest trends and technologies.
  • Strong team player with excellent multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work under deadlines while maintaining high productivity.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in the events industry is required. This role is located in Mumbai Andheri (West). We offer a competitive remuneration package commensurate with industry standards. Qualification: A master's or diploma in event management/media is preferred. Industry: Event industry professionals are required.
