Cloud Administration Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the administration and management of our Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM, and OTM systems.

  • Leadership and Project Management: The successful candidate will have experience leading Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM, and OTM deployments and configurations to drive project deliverables. They will also be responsible for administering key applications, including Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP & EPM, and OTM throughout their implementation and support lifecycles.
  • Application Metadata Management: Our ideal candidate will have experience managing application metadata, such as provisioning configurations, enterprise applications, domains, and components. This includes designing, updating, and implementing user security and roles within Oracle Fusion Cloud Security.
  • System Maintenance and Support: The Cloud Administrator will work with Oracle to perform system/service maintenance tasks, backups, and recovery of Oracle Fusion Applications. They will also monitor performance and architecture, maintaining reliability, integrity, and recoverability.
  • KPIs and Metrics Reporting: Our team member will develop KPIs and metrics reports and dashboards to view and monitor service details and notifications. They will communicate environment maintenance schedules, refresh schedules, and outages with internal staff and third-party vendors.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: As part of our team, the Cloud Administrator will assist technical team members in managing instance configurations and enterprise applications. They will design and implement best practices for administering and improving reliability and security.
  • Customer Service: The successful candidate will function as the primary point of contact for all issues related to Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. They will partner with security, network, development, and product teams to identify and resolve issues.
