Key Responsibilities
  • Research and Development

  • Perform code reviews and ensure high-quality source code.
  • Translate requirements into architecture using state-of-the-art technologies and frameworks.
  • Design and incorporate quality aspects of the architecture/project.
  • Develop and implement verification and validation strategy for functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Evaluate, define, and evolve/improve software coding standards, tools, and platforms.
  • Technical Expertise
  • Continuously improve architecture and design methodologies.
  • Learn new languages, technologies, and frameworks quickly and apply to the project.
  • Ensure high-level software quality at project level by adapting lean yet effective practices.
  • Contribute to the architecture for multiple domains.
  • Leadership and Collaboration
  • Enable the team to make high-level design/architecture choices and implement them.
  • Lead the team technically and contribute to technical proposals.
  • Coordinate with engineering managers, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Support recruitment by evaluating architect, designing, and coding skills.
