Job Description:

As a visionary leader, you will spearhead the growth of our AI Consulting practice, building a world-class team and leading from the front in solutioning and delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving innovation and operational excellence, with experience in AI/ML consulting and at least 5 years in a leadership role. You will be responsible for managing the consulting practice's profitability, revenue targets, and financial performance, ensuring sustainable growth.

You will collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to design cutting-edge AI solutions tailored to business needs, leading the end-to-end presales process. Your exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills will enable you to build strong relationships with enterprise customers in the APAC and MENA regions.

Additionally, you will develop and execute go-to-market strategies for AI consulting services, identifying emerging opportunities and industry trends. Your ability to align AI capabilities to business outcomes and market opportunities will be key to driving success in this role.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of experience in AI/ML consulting
  • At least 5 years in a leadership role driving solutioning and presales
  • Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and applications across various industries
  • Proven ability to build and lead diverse, high-performing teams
  • Strong P&L management experience with a track record of achieving revenue and profitability targets
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Visionary mindset with the ability to align AI capabilities to business outcomes and market opportunities
