Job Title: Artificial Intelligence Visionary

Seeking an accomplished leader with deep expertise in Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Generative AI.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, specifically in ML, DL, NLP, and Generative AI applications
  • Proven expertise in AIOps use cases, including predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, incident management
  • Strong proficiency in ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
  • Deep hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, BERT, or other transformer-based models
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools, Databricks, and cloud-based AI/ML services from Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to lead cross-functional AI teams, mentor junior engineers and researchers, drive project delivery and innovation

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on results and innovation

Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining high standards of quality and performance

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

  • Experience in AI solution architecture and enterprise-scale deployments
  • Familiarity with data governance, model explainability, and AI ethics
  • Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or research publications

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in leading AI-driven solutions across large-scale, production-ready systems
