We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the development of our GenAI platform.

  • Design and architect the system, ensuring it is cost-efficient and aligned with our overall vision.
  • Implement key components of the product, taking ownership of delivery timelines and coordinating complete development.
  • Manage releases, pre-planning infrastructure as needed.
  • Lead the engineering team, providing clear goals, constructive feedback, and supporting their growth and development.
  • Maintain high standards of code quality through regular design and code reviews.

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in architecting and scaling AI Agent platforms with measurable adoption.
  • Strong knowledge of RAG pipelines (retrieval optimization, reranking, chunking, knowledge graphs).
  • Deep experience with conversational AI systems and evaluation frameworks.
  • Track record of scaling services to 200K+ MAUs (or equivalent scale).
  • 4+ years of engineering experience, with demonstrated leadership in technical decision-making.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and design.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in Node.js and modern front-end frameworks (Vue.js/React/Angular) is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Spearhead the GenAI platform project, overseeing all aspects from conceptualization to deployment.
  2. Foster collaboration between cross-functional teams, facilitating seamless integration and execution.
  3. Develop and implement effective strategies for improving code quality and reducing technical debt.
  4. Promote a culture of innovation, encouraging experimentation and continuous learning within the team.
