We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing high-performing marketing automation campaigns using Marketo.

As a key member of our marketing team, you will manage lead nurturing programs to cultivate and convert leads into sales-qualified opportunities. You will also configure and maintain Marketo workflows, landing pages, forms, and email templates.

To succeed in this position, you will leverage marketing automation to personalize the customer journey and deliver targeted content. You will analyze marketing campaign performance using Marketo analytics and other digital analytics tools.

You will translate data insights into actionable recommendations for campaign optimization and collaborate with marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure alignment and achieve marketing goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing automation principles and best practices. They will have in-depth knowledge of Marketo features and functionalities and experience with lead scoring, lead nurturing, and segmentation strategies.

A solid understanding of digital analytics concepts and tools is also required. The successful candidate will possess excellent data analysis and reporting skills as well as strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

  • Bachelor's / master's degree from a reputed university
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing automation, preferably with Marketo.
  • Proven track record of success in designing and executing high-performing marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation principles and best practices.
  • In-depth knowledge of Marketo features and functionalities.
  • Experience with lead scoring, lead nurturing, and segmentation strategies.
  • Solid understanding of digital analytics concepts and tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) or Marketo Certified Professional (MCP) a plus.
  • Must be self-motivated, responsive, professional, and dedicated to customer success.
  • Possess an innovative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset.
