What You Will Be Doing

  • Design and execute high-performing marketing automation campaigns using market-leading tools.
  • Manage lead nurturing programs to cultivate and convert leads into sales-qualified opportunities.
  • Configure and maintain workflows, landing pages, forms, and email templates.
  • Leverage marketing automation to personalize customer journeys and deliver targeted content.
  • Analyze campaign performance using digital analytics tools and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achieve marketing goals.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree from a reputable university.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing automation, preferably with leading marketing software.
  • Proven track record of success in designing and executing high-performing marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation principles and best practices.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing features and functionalities.
  • Experience with lead scoring, lead nurturing, and segmentation strategies.
  • Solid understanding of digital analytics concepts and tools.
  • Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
