Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and agile onsite project coordinator to drive the successful execution of our smart metering and grid modernization projects.

  • Manage day-to-day coordination with utilities, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Oversee proof of concept activities, meter testing, site acceptance testing, and deployment of meters/gateways with 100% communication.
  • Ensure spare parts availability and effective resource planning across multiple projects.
  • Track and monitor project progress, SLAs, and escalations, providing timely updates to management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate daily activities with utility partners, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and operational excellence.
  2. Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from proof of concept to site acceptance testing and deployment of meters/gateways.
  3. Manage spare parts inventory and optimize resource allocation for multiple projects.
  4. Monitor project progress, track SLAs and escalations, and provide regular updates to management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical or electronics engineering (preferred) or related technical field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, field services, or customer support in the energy sector.
  • Hands-on experience with HES and MDM platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of SAT processes, SLA monitoring, and project coordination methodologies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office for data analysis, dashboards, and reporting.

  • Leadership and negotiation skills with ability to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities with commercial acumen and understanding of project financials.
  • Willingness to work in field environments and manage escalations effectively.
