Job Role

About this role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth processing of trade and remittance transactions.

This includes demonstrating a high level of accuracy and understanding of transactions, as well as assisting the team leader in overall activities.

Responsibilities include preparing and sharing various management information systems required for the department, coordinating with central service departments and branches for smooth conduct of transactions, and maintaining and publishing the pending status of transactions to branches and CSD.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Demonstrate and achieve high levels of accuracy in making transactions and coordinate with branches to ensure timely processing of trade and remittance transactions.
  2. Maintain and publish the pending status of transactions to branches and CSD.
  3. Gain knowledge on regulatory, global and internal guidelines.
  4. Support in preparation of regulatory returns and other internal reports.
  5. Execute additional activities assigned by the team leader as per requirements.
Skills and Qualifications

Required skills and qualifications include a strong understanding of trade and remittance transactions, excellent communication and coordination skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
