Title Client Service AnalystNote Specific mandatory skills Client facing handling with exp of Trade Finance Products Experience range 1 to 3 years Open to considering fresher candidates Yes No No Open to considering relocation non-local candidates Yes No Yes Contract duration Until 30th Nov 2025 Shift timings India shift from 09 30 am till 06 30 pm Number of days work from office 5 days and 1st and 3rd Saturday s are working Indian banking shift and days follows DescriptionClient Service is responsible for retaining growing and developing strategic client relationships for a portfolio of country regional or global clients for which they have primary service coverage responsibility in line with applicable internal policies and external legal regulatory frameworks Work includes Facilitating interactions with new and existing clients - this includes arranging for any documents for onboarding liaising with internal stake holders and assisting sales business to get the necessary documents executed along with follow-up Liaising with Internal stakeholder to process client Trade Finance transactions Coordinate with Client to resolve query provide status related to client Trade Finance transaction Follow up with clients on regulatory documents submission related to Trade transactions Provide advisory to client complex cases within RBI FEMA regulatory and Bank compliance framework Liaising with clients and supporting their account related queries - moving the manual submission to digital process as DB is moving moved to digitization model which resulted in less paper flow at the branches and since its digitized documents are stored online and can be retrieved anytime Building relationships and operations where needed - liaising with client on the requirement and converting them to be online helps building relationship and sharing necessary advice on the complex transaction helps the Corporate Bank to pitch-in for new business Ensuring adherence to internal policies and external legal regulatory frameworks - while performing all the aforesaid duties in assisting client to close the bills execute the transaction assisting client to clear the line items from various regulatory report person needs to adhere the internal guidelines and raise exception as the case may be to the necessary stake holders before proceeding with the trnx executing the trnx
