Trade Administrator

As a trade administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth processing of trade and remittance transactions. Your primary objective will be to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of these transactions while maintaining effective communication with colleagues and customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Process trade and remittance transactions with high precision and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with branches and departments to facilitate timely processing of transactions.
- Prepare and disseminate various management information systems (MIS) reports as required.
- Support the launch of new products by conducting user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, automation, and digitization to enhance operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong PC skills.
- Solid knowledge of trade finance products and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with colleagues and customers.
- Understanding of basic banking products and relevant local regulations.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in trade finance or a related field.
