**Job Description:**

As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless user experience across various devices. This includes installation and configuration of operating systems, assembly, upgrade, and troubleshooting of computer hardware to guarantee optimal performance.

 

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Proficiency in operating system installation and configuration.
  • Experience with hardware assembly, upgrade, and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of software installation, configuration, backup, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with network setup and troubleshooting, including VPN and firewall configurations.
  • Understanding of security protocols, including BitLocker encryption and antivirus management.
  • Active Directory management skills, including user account creation, password reset, group policy update, and access control.
