Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting and Technical Support: Provide round-the-clock technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues both onsite and remotely.
  • Incident Management: Monitor and respond to incidents via ticketing system within SLA timelines. Perform remote troubleshooting and escalate unresolved issues.
  • User Support: Support users across different time zones and ensure timely updates and patches for systems and applications.
  • Log Maintenance: Maintain logs of shift activities and handover reports for continuity. Maintain logs of support requests, resolutions, and system updates.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with global IT teams for coordinated support. Assist in setting up new systems and user accounts.
  • Training and Development: Train users on basic IT procedures and best practices. Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure compliance with company policies.
