Land Acquisition Role Overview

Crest EZY is a Build-to-Rent (BTR) development platform focused on redefining rental housing in India. Our mission is to create high-quality, purpose-built rental assets across India's top cities.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Identifying and Evaluating Land Parcels in Pre-Defined Target Markets.
  • Building and Maintaining Relationships with Brokers, Landowners, Developers, and Intermediaries.
  • Tracking Market Opportunities and Upcoming Transactions.
  • Conducting Initial Due Diligence on Land Titles, Zoning, FSI Potential, and Development Control Regulations.
  • Collaborating with Internal Analysts to Prepare Feasibility Studies, Financial Models, and Market Assessments.
  • Assessing Alignment of Land Parcels with Crest EZY's Product Design and Business Model.
  • Organizing Meetings between Key Stakeholders, Including Legal, Finance, and Management Teams.
  • Working with Legal Counsel, Consultants, and Internal Teams to Ensure Smooth Execution of Deals.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Architecture, or Related Field (MBA Preferred).
  • 2-4 Years of Relevant Experience in Land Acquisition, Real Estate Development, or Investment.
  • Strong Knowledge of Mumbai Development Control Regulations (DCR) and Land Acquisition Processes.
  • Proven Track Record of Successfully Sourcing and Closing Land Transactions.
  • Established Network with Brokers, Landowners, and Developers in MMR (Mandatory).
