Hands-on Training Program

This immersive program provides a comprehensive training experience, allowing you to develop expertise in business operations and brand development. You'll begin with broad exposure, then deepen into a specialization, with the potential to transition into a full-time role.

We're hiring 2 trainees — both will train together across all functions, then each will focus primarily on one specialization while maintaining cross-functional collaboration.

Program Structure

Months 1–3: Integrated Training Phase

Work across both Business Operations and Brand Development, collaborating on major initiatives.

Months 4–9: Specialization Stream

Transition into your primary specialization (Business Operations or Brand Development) based on your strengths, interests, and business needs — while continuing to contribute cross-functionally.

Post-Program:

The traineeship is designed as a pathway into full-time roles with expanded responsibilities and a revised compensation package, so you can continue growing with us beyond the program.
