Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities- Lead SHL's commercial operations and add strategic value across the business through the design and implementation of business-aligned sourcing/procurement strategies.
- Drive global teams for procurement/sourcing of APIs, Excipients, Capital goods, Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, and Finished Goods, as well as non-trade items for captive consumption.
- Evaluate demand patterns and develop a procurement roadmap aligned to Business Strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Life Sciences; MBA desirable.
- 15+ years strategic procurement experience with extensive knowledge of category management and advanced sourcing, vendor management, and complex contract negotiations expertise.
- Past experience leading multiple categories and sourcing teams within the pharmaceutical (formulations) industry.
