Job Title: Wealth Management Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Wealth Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our wealth management department, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with high net worth individuals (HNIs) and family offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with HNIs and family offices, identifying new business opportunities and growing existing client portfolios.
  • Investment Advisory & Product Distribution: Provide expert advice on mutual funds, alternative investment funds, portfolio management services, real estate investment trusts, and infrastructure investment trusts, among others.
  • Business Growth & Strategy: Collaborate with our wealth management team to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Market Positioning & Networking: Represent our organization at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to strengthen our brand presence and build relationships with potential clients.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 7-12 years of experience in wealth management, with a proven track record of managing HNI and family office relationships.
  • Strong understanding of wealth products, structured investments, and alternative asset classes.
  • Ability to manage large portfolios and raise capital from investors.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in running a venture with equity participation.
  • Experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Willingness to travel for investor meetings and networking events.
