As a Senior/Lead UX Designer, you will contribute to the user experience of the design to life flow from conception to launch. You will be hands-on at every stage of the design process, creating user flows, wireframes, pixel perfect designs, and prototypes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the user experience of the design to life flow from conception to launch.
  • Be hands-on at every stage of the design process, creating user flows, wireframes, pixel perfect designs, and prototypes.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional team members and collaborators around product problems, solutions, requirements, roadmaps, and priorities.
  • Work with data, consumer insights, and UX research partners for foundational guidance on product direction and new concept validation.
  • Present concepts to immediate and cross-functional team members with confidence and an open mind to feedback and constructive criticism.

Requirements:

  • 4-8 years of experience designing digital products as a UX or Product Designer, preferably in the B2C e-commerce space.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX and design skills through multiple case studies demonstrating user-centered and innovative design solutions with measurable outcomes for users and the business.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional peers, including designers, product managers, and engineers.
  • Experience leveraging quantitative and/or qualitative data to inspire simple design solutions and decisions to complex customer and business problems.
  • Passion for designing simple solutions to complex consumer and business problems.
