About This Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled Product Designer to drive the creation of user-centric and scalable design solutions that tackle real-world challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality, usable designs that solve complex problems.
  • Gather actionable insights through user research, including observational studies and user interviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on product goals and roadmap.
  • Embed user-centered design thinking into every stage of the product development lifecycle.
  • Support product management in defining feature specs and driving adoption through design decisions.
  • Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to refine user experience and maximize product value.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related fields.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Expertise in conceptualizing and visualizing design through wireframes, prototypes, and information architecture.
  • Solid foundation in UI/UX principles, interaction design, and visual design best practices.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Sound reasoning and decision-making grounded in user needs and product context.
  • Proven experience with on-ground user research methods and fieldwork.
