Product Design Associate Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Product Design Associate to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, and senior designers to create user-centric designs that align with business goals.

Our ideal candidate is someone who is early in their design career looking to grow their skills in a collaborative environment. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications to participating in user research and usability testing activities.

  • Assist in designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business objectives.
  • Support the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Participate in user research and usability testing activities.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 1–2 years of experience in product or UX/UI design.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Basic understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with basic front-end development (HTML/CSS).
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design.
  • Exposure to agile/scrum development environments.
