Media Plan Leader

As a Media Plan Strategist, you will lead the development and execution of media plans from inception to completion. This involves building constructive relationships with key media owners, leveraging innovative approaches to media usage, and presenting data-driven recommendations to clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute media plans that deliver on client objectives and meet efficiency goals.
- Delegate tasks to team members to support plan development and execution.
- Oversee and manage the annual planning of media strategy for the account.
- Stay up-to-date with performance marketing trends and utilize relationship-building skills to develop client recommendations.
- Maintain a comprehensive media knowledge base and synthesize information into actionable ideas.
Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining client contact, managing processes, and serving as a positive role model for team members.
Requirements:- Thorough understanding of media basics and concepts.
- Working knowledge of syndicated tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software.
- Strong strategic thinking skills.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in media planning.
