Job Title: Technical Lead - Dynamics CRM

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Technical Lead with experience in designing and developing Microsoft-based business solutions in cloud environments using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

  • Gathering and analyzing client requirements to design and implement complex CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Curating and brainstorming approaches to a requirement when needed.
  • Meticulously understanding requirements regarding the solutions offered by CRM's out-of-the-box components and those needing extensions like code.
About the Job

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team of experts who design and develop innovative business solutions using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. This role involves implementing custom applications using the Canvas and Model Driven frameworks as well as utilizing out-of-the-box CRM applications for business needs such as case management and task management. Banking experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Designing and implementing complex CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Developing and customizing various CRM components such as entities, forms, workflows, plugins, reports, dashboards.
  • Implementing integrations with external systems.
  • Using CRM SDK, C#, ASP.NET, SQL Database, ADO.NET for development.
  • Writing clean and efficient code using programming languages such as C# and JavaScript while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
  • Debugging and troubleshooting issues in the CRM system and providing timely resolution to ensure high system availability and performance.
  • Collaborating with project managers, business analysts, testing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery on time and within budget.
