We are seeking a seasoned technical architect with 12-15 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) and Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in architecting end-to-end enterprise resource planning solutions with strong domain understanding in finance, supply chain, manufacturing, human resources, and payroll systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement enterprise-grade D365 F&O solutions tailored to business needs, providing hands-on leadership across finance, supply chain management, manufacturing, procurement, accounting, and human resources modules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable system designs, leveraging Azure for cloud-based solutions.
  • Lead integration strategy using Open Data Protocol (OData), Representational State of Resource (REST) APIs, data entities, and middleware platforms.
  • Develop custom extensions, performance tuning, and advanced data models, ensuring adherence to Microsoft development standards and security best practices.
Accounting and Payroll Integration
  • Implement and optimize modules for automatic bank feeds, invoicing, accounts payable, expense claims, and fixed asset depreciation.
  • Enable workflows for purchase orders, bank reconciliations, and business/management reporting.
  • Integrate payroll services, time and attendance systems, and human resources insights into the enterprise resource planning landscape for unified workforce management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Deep knowledge of D365 F&O architecture, AX 2012, and deployment practices.
  • Expertise in X++, data entities, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), OData, and Lifecycle Services (LCS).
  • Proficiency in Azure DevOps, continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD), version control, and automated deployment.
  • Familiarity with integration tools like KingswaySoft, Scribe, and .NET-based middleware.
  • Experience with Power Platform and extending enterprise resource planning functionality via Power Apps.
