ERP Solutions Expert

The role of the ERP Solutions Expert is to provide technical and functional liaison between the sales team and prospective clients. The key responsibilities include product demonstrations, needs analysis, solution design, documentation, client management, and product expertise.

  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct customized ERP product demonstrations tailored to the specific business needs of each client.
  • Needs Analysis: Engage with prospective clients to gather and analyze their business requirements, pain points, and objectives.
  • Solution Design: Design and articulate customized ERP solutions that align with client expectations and provide business value.
  • Documentation & Proposals: Prepare and deliver professional proposals, presentations, and documentation to support the sales process.
  • Client Management: Coordinate and maintain follow-up with clients throughout the entire presales and sales lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and informed journey.
  • Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates of our ERP products to serve as a subject matter expert.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: Proven experience in an ERP presales or implementation role is essential. Experience within the transport and logistics domain is highly preferred.
  • Communication & Presentation: Exceptional communication, presentation, and documentation skills are required.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical solutions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with MS Office suite; prior experience with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
