Senior Functional Consultant

About this role

This senior functional consultant position is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys solving complex business challenges with technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting to the Consulting Manager, this client-facing consulting role focuses on delivering end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions. You'll act as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging your deep product knowledge and consulting experience to guide them through discovery, design, implementation, and post-go-live support.
Required skills and qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of consulting experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV), including full-cycle implementations
  • Proven ability to lead client engagements and deliver tailored solutions
  • Strong understanding of Business Central modules such as Finance, Manufacturing, and Warehouse Management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging executive stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Power BI, SQL Server, SharePoint) is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements
