About the Role
  • Transaction Matching & Verification: Reconcile financial data between internal systems and external sources.
  • Discrepancy Investigation: Identify mismatches, investigate root causes and collaborate to resolve issues.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain reconciliation logs, prepare summary reports and ensure proper documentation for audit and compliance.
  • System Updates: Update reconciliation status in ERP systems and ensure data accuracy across platforms.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with invoicing, credit control and operations teams to ensure timely resolution of open items.
Your Skills
  • Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in reconciliation, invoicing or finance-related roles.
  • Educational Background: A degree in Commerce, Finance or Business Administration (B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA preferred).
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
  • Accounting Knowledge: Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial workflows.
  • Analytical & Detail Orientation: Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Communication Skills: Clear and professional written and verbal communication to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Eagerness to Learn: A proactive mindset with a willingness to grow in a fast-paced financial environment.
