About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Digital Fundraiser to take up the challenge of planning, executing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to maximize donations and achieve monthly fundraising targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Planning and Execution

Create high-performing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube and Performance Max.

Keyword Research and Targeting

Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting and A/B testing to continually improve campaign performance.

Performance Tracking and Analysis

Monitor, analyze and report on campaign metrics providing actionable insights to drive growth and improvement.

Collaboration and Communication

Work closely with creative and fundraising teams to ensure alignment between ad messaging campaign goals and donor psychology.

Staying Up-to-Date

Stay informed about the latest Google Ads policies digital marketing trends and crowdfunding strategies to maintain expertise and competitiveness.

Required Qualifications:

  • Educational Background

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing Business or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if you have relevant experience.

Professional Experience

A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in crowdfunding and performance marketing is required.

Technical Skills

Expertise in Google Ads including Search Display YouTube and Performance Max is essential.

Analytical and Soft Skills

You should possess strong analytical communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and deliver results under tight deadlines.
